A gentleman owned four properties, all rented out. He had outgoings for repairs, utility bills, mortgage interest and depreciation for the furnishings, and rental income from the properties. He did his monthly accounts himself using a Microsoft Accounts Package, which simply recorded the 'ins and outs'.
What he needed was for us to create end of year accounts, showing profit and loss, and a balance sheet for the management company he had the properties under.
